What age group is Kidtopia for? +
Kidtopia is designed for children aged 1 to 12 years. We have dedicated zones for toddlers (1–3) and bigger kids (4–12) so every child plays safely with their age group.
Do parents need to stay? +
Yes, a guardian must remain on the premises at all times. We have comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, and a café corner so parents can relax while kids play.
Is there a reservation system? +
Walk-ins are always welcome for regular play sessions. Birthday parties and group bookings require a reservation and deposit to secure the date.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept cash, POS card machine, and all major Iraqi e-wallets: FastPay, ZainCash, SuperQi, and FIB. No online payment required — pay at the door.
Are there food and drinks available? +
Yes! We have a small café corner with drinks, light snacks, and juices for both kids and parents. Birthday packages can also include catering add-ons.
How do you keep the playground clean? +
All equipment is sanitized daily and deep-cleaned weekly. Staff monitor the play areas continuously. Socks are required at all times inside the playground.
Can I bring outside food or a cake? +
Outside cakes and light snacks are welcome for birthday parties. For regular sessions, we kindly ask guests to enjoy our in-house café options.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Party bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the event for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
